We are available 24/7 for any issues. If you freak out in the middle of the night that you picked the wrong gown, email our thoughtful owner Jan. You will get a response almost immediately. No, you are not a bridezilla or crazy! It’s the nature of our business and Jan never sleeps. It’s a win/win.
