Imagine you walk into a room with 1,000 men alone, you are there to find your husband.  Now imagine instead you are walking into that same room with your bestie that has already met all of them, spent time with them and has marked 980 of them as a hard no.  That is what your bridal stylist is when you are wedding dress shopping! Your bridal stylist is here to know you, guide you, relieve your anxiety and save you from unnecessary stress and wasting your time.

Our bridal appointments are between 1 1/2 - 2 hours depending on the day. Our VIP bridal appointments are 3 hours. 

Sometimes things come up and we understand, if you need to re-schedule no worries, just give us a call and we will move your appointment to a more convenient time. If you are canceling during the week, you are able to do that online. 24-hour notice would be much appreciated so we can give your stylist another bride in your spot. If it is a Saturday appointment cancelations must be done 48 hours in advance as we are typically fully booked with a wait list of brides hoping to come.

We will never charge you for a bridal appointment. That's what we do, why charge extra? Our Boca Raton location has a Saturday only cancellation policy due to the popularity and limited number of rooms available. We may be "big" in size, but we limit our number of brides so you always feel at home.

Trying on wedding gowns can be exhausting, both physically and mentally. We highly recommend no more than 2 appointments a day. Anything more than that and you (and your group) will be exhausted, hungry and in total bridal "white out". Yes, that's a real thing! Remember you are supposed to enjoy this, it is not a race. We know it's hard to get everyone's schedule together for a day so why not bring the big group to your top 2 appointments where you're most likely to find "the one" and save the other appointments, if you really need them, for another day while one or two main decision makers join you?

This is another one of those transparency questions and the answer is no. For 20 years we have always maintained that you can feel when someone is selling on commission and buying a bridal gown is too special of a moment for that. Our bridal stylists will always give you their honest opinion and you don’t have to worry that they are lying just to make a sale! We are here for you and only you and every one of our bridal stylists truly feel that and operate from that mindset.

Absolutely! We typically assign you a bridal stylist as soon as you book your appointment so you can get to know each other. If you don’t receive anything within 48 hours feel free to text/call and we will get you her information.

Designers range from 4 to 6 months. Customs are a minimum of 6 months. When you find it, buy it! There is nothing worse than throwing money away on rush fees!

Mothers, families, and guests need 3-4 months for some special order bridal gowns, plus time for alterations. Start early!

Bring your decision makers! Bring an open mind. If you feel more comfortable, a strapless bra keeps you covered in the fitting room. Nude undies definitely help!

We have carpeted each private area and added a nice podium for you to stand on so you can be as comfy as possible. If you truly love standing in heels, you are welcome to bring them but it’s not necessary if you don’t.

While we know you want to look your best, we don’t want you trying on stained bridal gowns. Anything that rubs off like spray tans and body makeup are definite no’s in the land of bridal gowns. Trust us, you wouldn’t want to try a bridal gown on with someone else’s tan on it.

For a milestone as important as this we absolutely encourage you to bring your closest supporters. We include your group in your whole appointment, getting their feedback and support for you (as long as you want it). They will have snacks and drinks and big comfy couches to relax on while waiting for you to appear in the next fabulous bridal gown!

We absolutely allow you to pick! Your bridal stylist will be ready with a few wedding dresses to start based on what you guys have already discussed and will continue to help you pull throughout the appointment. Your input is the most important and you are included in the pulling process after that. As far as friends and family we will take your lead on this. Sometimes it works out great, other times not so much. If others are pulling for you, you run the risk of accidentally trying things on that are out of your comfort zone in price/style or wasting your valuable appointment time trying on bridal gowns you hate just to make others happy. Remember this is about you! Trust yourself.

Not only is your fitting room private but each bride gets her own large “living room” for her entourage. This moment is too special to be sharing a space with someone else!

Typically your bridal stylist is in the room helping you get in and out of bridal gowns, trust us it’s no easy task to do. You just step in, step out, we handle the rest! If you are more modest you can wear a strapless bra, shapewear or whatever you feel most comfy in. Each fitting room has a robe as well. If you don’t want your bridal stylists help just tell us, you wont hurt our feelings! If you are a let it all hang out kind of girl, kudos to you. Nothing phases us but please, please wear panties. While we have seen it all, sometimes we don’t want to lol.

Here’s the exciting news. All of our fitting rooms come with a fully stocked fridge of flavored seltzer waters and bottled water. You also get a snack basket for your group, free of charge. You are welcome to bring champagne, we can put it in your fridge for you. Your bridal appointment time is for you and whatever you need! If you need a break just let your bridal stylist know and she will make that happen for you.

You try on as many as you need! It's important to us that you find "the one" and we don't limit you! Just be careful not to overwhelm yourself. Sometimes fomo is not a good thing! When you know, you know, don't torture yourself trying on every gown in town!

That depends on the day. If there is nobody behind you we are happy to run as long as you need to make your decision. However keep in mind wedding dress shopping can be exhausting, so if you don’t have your pics down to two wedding dresses, step back, breathe and schedule a bridal comeback appointment. Sometimes you need that time for clarity.

We do our best to offer a wide range of sizes. Most samples range from 10 - 16 with a fabulous growing collection of 18 - 26. We are experts at this and can help you no matter your size!

This is a very common question these days. Here is the best advice we can offer you. Ask yourself these questions, how much weight am I going to lose? If it is 10 lbs start shopping, if it is 40 lbs you may want to hold off a little as your body will majorly change shape. How much time do I have? Are you going to force yourself into a situation where you have to pay extra rush fees or do you have plenty of time to wait? Remember most bridal gowns average 4-6 month delivery plus alteration time. Is my wedding/personal style going to change with my weight loss? If not, start shopping! It is always easier to take a bridal gown in than to let it out. Taking something down 2 sizes is totally doable, taking it down 4 sizes will require more work and money. Figure most designers give you between an inch to an inch and a half between sizes. For a very rough idea 10 lbs generally equates to roughly 1” depending on your body type. We are here to guide you through this whole part of your journey. If you want to start now and buy when you are closer to your goal we are ok with that. Some people like to get a jump start and get a feel for things, some like to wait. Only you know the answer, but whatever it is, we’ve got you.

Samples are a fabulous way to save some money, and who doesn't need that when planning a wedding? These are showroom wedding dress samples, not used or previously worn bridal gowns. Many are in pristine condition, often at a substantial discount. Even when you buy "off the rack" you are still very much a Boca bride and get all the awesomeness that comes with that!

If you didn't buy them with your gown, you can either book an accessory appointment or during your visit gown appointment when your dress arrives. Don't wait until alterations because you'll be cutting it too close for some designers.

You've got two choices, samples and special favors! I have very close relationships with my designers. If it's possible, I can get it done, just be ready for unfortunate things like rush charges from designers. It is our passion to have you walk down the aisle in a gown you love. We will move heaven and earth to get there!

We are one of the last salons in the area to offer in-house alterations. Book early, our seamstresses are the best and book up quickly. We also offer you a list of seamstresses we know and trust if you need a more flexible schedule.

Each gown typically requires 3 fittings. If custom work is involved, it will require more. 

Yes, alterations are a flat fee in-house.

Bring your shoes and any special undergarments you may wear.

We typically start 10 - 12 weeks out. Please call at least 4 weeks early to schedule.

When you special order a wedding dress we will take a 50% deposit the day you purchase the bridal gown. We collect the other 50% within 7 days of your wedding dress arriving in store. If you are purchasing an off the rack wedding dress we generally collect payment in full the day you purchase. We know buying a wedding dress is a big purchase, we are here to help you as best we can. We can be flexible if you need, just let us know. We accept all forms of payment.

Once you purchase your wedding dress from us your price will never change. If the price goes up after you order we take care of that additional expense. The only exception to this would be if you decide to add something to your order or customize something after the fact. An example would be you want to add a rush to the bridal gown to get it early or you want to add that sleeve you weren’t sure of etc.

We are very big believers in transparency so we can only respond to how we personally handle this challenge. We will never markup the tariff on a wedding dress. We believe it’s hard enough these days for everybody, we refuse to make money on something like that. Whatever US Customs charges us is what we charge you. We have taken the time to get the cost of each individual bridal and evening gown in store so there will be no surprises for you. If the tariff goes up after you order your bridal gown we will pay that difference for you. If the tariff goes down, we will happily apply that to the balance of your bridal gown. Most designers in the wedding dress industry have simply built the tariff into the price of the bridal gown, but by doing this they have also added profit for the stores along with it. If you don’t see a tariff charge on a wedding dress it is likely hidden in the price, unless of course it is made here in the USA.
