FAQ

Before you ever come through the door your stylist will reach out to you to get to know you, your style and what you are looking for. Once here, your stylist will pull several gowns to try based on your pre-planning discussions. If you haven’t found “the one” in that first try, you and your stylist will carefully browse our selection and select more gowns to try.

Our appointments are 1 1/2 - 2 hours based appointment type. We like to give our brides plenty of time to try different styles and not feel rushed.

4 to 6 months is the average time for shipping
7 + months for any custom gowns

Due to the current supply chain issues we are finding many designers currently running 8-10 months for delivery.

Unfortunately no, once we place an order for your gown the designer begins pre-production within one week. At that point we are unable to cancel/exchange/return any gown.

Yes. Our alterations can range from $350-$700 depending on what alterations are need to be done to the dress. A quote is given at the first appointment.

No, we wish we could, we just don’t have the time.

Wedding gowns can be altered down multiple sizes without compromising the gown. We recommend speaking to your stylist beforehand about any potential weight loss or gain.

Yes, we recommend making an appointment for any of the following so we can ensure your stylist is available to assist you and there is a fitting room available.

Absolutely! Your stylist is here to guide you through your whole wedding journey. From the first time trying on dresses to picking up your dress before your big day. The more you check off your list early the less stress you’ll have.

If you see a dress online that you love please feel free to contact the store prior to the appointment. Have the designer and/or style number readily available and we will be able to let you know if the dress is in store or if we have something similar! If we do not have that style number in store we can also request a loaner gown for the appointment for a nominal designer fee.

We understand that the first time trying wedding gowns on can be overwhelming. If you would like to set up a follow up appointment to say YES to the dress please let us know. We can plan the appointment by phone call, text or online.

For your bridal appointment there isn’t a lot you’ll need! Most important is the person you want with you when you make your decision. After that very little is needed. You may consider wearing nude colored underwear and if you feel more comfortable, a strapless bra. We can handle the rest!

Bring along a helpful decision maker. The more people the more opinions which isn’t always helpful. You want guests who will support the look you love and will be honest with you throughout the appointment.

If you would like to request a specific consultant please feel free! We will assign that bridal stylist to you. Otherwise your bridal stylist will automatically be assigned.

If you’re not happy with your consultant please let a manager know as we will reassign the appointment and have the manager help you instead. It’s important to know that our consultants don’t work on commission so if you’re just not feeling a connection it’s completely ok to ask to be re-assigned!

Wedding gowns can take 4 to 6 months to be made and delivered. You will need an additional 2 to 3 months for alterations. We suggest starting the wedding gown shopping a year in advance to ensure enough time for you to find the perfect gown, order the gown and alter the gown.

Brides should start shopping for accessories when trying on wedding gowns. This allows the bride to see what they like best with the dress and what hair style they can envision on their wedding day.

Accessories can take 5 months to be ordered and delivered. We suggest ordering them along with the wedding gown to ensure the accessory is available for your hair trial!

We suggest making an appointment to look at accessories to ensure a room is available for you and someone is there to help you. If you’d like to try your wedding gown on while trying accessories then an appointment is needed.

We will be able to get you a dress in time! We offer rush orders, hanging stock or samples off our floor!

A rush order is when the designer charges a percentage of the gown to get the dress made faster. This will ensure the dress is completed in time for your wedding date.

A rush order will depend on the price of your gown and how many weeks you will be rushing it.

Depending on the dress you end up loving will determine if we need a rush. Some designers offer hanging stock options but this will depend on the shipment date, size and color that is available. If this does not work we can sell a sample gown off our floor to help with timing.
