From a very young age, giving to others has always been part of who I am. I’ve always led with a compassionate heart, especially when it comes to animals and children.

Growing up as an only child, animals were my faithful companions and a source of comfort on lonely days. My husband always teases me because I can watch a movie where countless people die and be perfectly fine—but if an animal dies, I’m done. That second Avatar movie with the whale stressed me out so much that my family still makes fun of me for it. Yes I know the whale was make believe! 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🤣 I truly believe that what you give to the world comes back to you, and I’ve tried to live my life by that principle.

I’ve carried that belief into my business as well, always putting my staff and clients before myself or financial gain Seeing others smile, succeed, find peace in a crazy world, brings me far more joy than money ever could. Those are the things that genuinely motivate me. Whether it’s supporting another small business, buying American-made products, helping children in need, protecting our environment through sustainable and chemical-free choices, adopting animals in need of loving homes, or choosing cruelty-free products, these values are woven into the fabric of who I am.

Charity matters. Compassion matters. Helping others matters—no matter how big or small the gesture, or what cause it supports. Every act of kindness has the power to make a difference. ❤️

Broward Animal Shelter

Animal rescue is a cause very close to our hearts. We proudly support Broward’s local animal shelter by adopting, volunteering, and giving back to the pets who need it most. Our team participates in volunteer days where we help make treats and toys, clean kennels, and spend meaningful time with the dogs and cats waiting for loving homes. We also love supporting programs like “Spend a Day with a Shelter Pet,” which gives these animals extra care, attention, and a chance to be seen.

Tee's Food Pantry

Tee’s Food Pantry is a cause very close to our hearts. Our family began personally volunteering with this charity over 10 years ago, and we have continued to support their incredible work in the community ever since. Theresa is a wonderful person who provides a wide range of services to those in need, offering care, kindness, and support where it is needed most.

Each year, we are proud to sponsor and host the Angel Tree party, providing food and gifts to hundreds of children during the holiday season. Our entire staff also participates by choosing children to sponsor each Christmas, helping bring joy and comfort to local families.

The Humane Society of Sumter County

The Humane Society of Sumter County is another animal charity we are proud to support. Located in a rural community near our property, this shelter does important work caring for animals in need. To help support their daily operations, we collect and donate aluminum cans from both the salon and our home. The shelter uses the proceeds from recycling to help pay for utilities at their facility, making every can a simple but meaningful way to give back.

JAFCO is a local organization we are honored to support through community events and charitable giving. Their work has a powerful impact on children in need of foster care and adoption, as well as children with developmental disabilities and the families who care for them. Brides Against Breast Cancer

We have always been proud to support Brides Against Breast Cancer through gown and inventory donations. Brides are also welcome to drop off dresses they would like to donate, giving their gowns a chance to serve a meaningful purpose beyond the wedding day. This wonderful organization helps raise awareness and funding for breast cancer, and we are honored to be part of that mission.

Becca's Closet

Becca’s Closet was the very first charity we began supporting 21 years ago, and it remains a cause very close to our hearts. Over the years, we have proudly donated bridesmaid and prom dresses to help young women feel confident and beautiful for special moments in their lives.

This organization was created by Becca’s parents after she tragically passed away in an auto accident. Through Becca’s Closet, they continue to honor her spirit, kindness, and purpose by helping others in a meaningful way.
